摘 要:
研究受侵染程度不同的烤烟花叶病烟株叶中保护酶活性和超微结构的结果表明,病毒伤害烟株的原因之一是不能及时清除活性氧,导致活性氧和丙二醛积累,引起质膜伤害,最终导致超微结构破坏,烟株生长受抑制,生物量积累下降。据此认为,烟草花叶病防治,除了防除病源外,还应注意超微结构的保护和恢复。关键词:烤烟; 花叶病; 保护酶活性; 超微结构

Abstract:
Protective enzyme activities and ultrastructural alternation of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum) infected with tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) were studied. The results showed that one of the reasons of the injury caused by virus was that the reactive oxygen species could not be cleared timely, which induced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species and malondialdehyde (MDA), further leading to membrane injury. Ultimately, ultrastructures were destructed, the growth was inhibited, and the biomass accumulation declined. All these results indicated that it is key important to protect and recover the ultrastructure as well as eliminate the disease source for tobacco mosaic disease prevention.Key words: flue-cured tobacco; tobacco mosaic virus; protective enzyme activities; ultrastructures
